Think You Got Skillz #6 2009

Malaysian hip hop competition Think You Got Skillz? (TYGS) is all set for more competitions in 2009, with a cash prize of RM200 for the monthly winner. Organised by Malaysian-based MC Vandal and The MoveMint at Cloth & Clef, TYGS moves to Friday nights from its original Wednesday night slot–now that's what we're talkin' about. The first TYGS in 2009 will be held on 23 January while in Febuary, the TYGS Tournament kicks off and over three months, the first ever TYGS Battle Champion will be declared.

D'Navigator brings on "Kondattam"

Tamil Hip Hop lately has been creating alot of waves in our local scene.....the latest is "Kondattam" by d'navigator. also feat Balan Kashmir of KLG Sqwad, Saran (who also produced and sang Paarvai) and Philly Rocca(Roshan) of K-Town Clan. Not to mention Dj Blink from Malaysia and Inquisitive.This was Scot Project in action. As we all know Scot Project does not need any introduction to Malaysians. Ever at the forefront and one of the catalysts that sparked the Tech Trance movement. His signature fusion of hard percussive elements combined with precise rhythmic trance is globally known. Legendary barely describes this dreadlocked wonder. He has played at the hottest club-lands and festival spots all over the world.
